Job summary

Arine, based in San Francisco, seeks a Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist (temp-to-hire) to join the Clinical Care team. This patient-facing, phone-based role uses Arine's software to optimize medication therapy and deliver core clinical services.

You will work under a Pharmacist Lead and contribute to care quality and outcomes. Must have a PharmD, be a licensed pharmacist, and be bilingual in English and Spanish (or English and Mandarin/Cantonese).

Qualifications

• PharmD from an accredited college/university.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing; multiple state licenses a plus.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or English and Mandarin/Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication therapy consultations and MTM services to patients and providers.
• Complete medication reviews and counseling; document findings in Arine's software.
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership to improve the software platform and clinical workflows.
• Engage with patients by phone, support transitions of care, and ensure high-quality care.
