Alera Group is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Representative to deliver exceptional client support for voluntary benefits, billing, enrollments, and questions. Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in customer service, benefits administration, or insurance operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, delivering timely, professional, and responsive service.
• Assist clients with benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, employment status changes, and terminations.
• Support benefits administration activities including eligibility management, billing coordination, and policy maintenance.
• Respond to inquiries regarding benefit plans, coverage, claims procedures, billing matters, and other service requests.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure accurate service delivery.
• Assist with voluntary benefits claims and support clients through the claims resolution process.
• Investigate and resolve client concerns and escalated requests efficiently and professionally.
• Follow established workflows and identify opportunities to improve client experiences.
