Job summary

Jacoby & Meyers is seeking a smart and motivated Bilingual Experienced Case Manager to join our expanding team. Fully remote, full-time role with a pay range of $25.00–$40.00 per hour, requiring bilingual Spanish/English and at least 3+ years as a case manager in a personal injury setting.

Core duties include interviewing clients, scheduling, collecting information and documentation, and generating reports, with training provided on the firm’s software. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Must be very well organized.
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through.
• Strong communication skills.
• 1 year of stable work experience required.
• Team player who works well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
• Schedules medical treatment for clients.
• Assists clients with vehicle repairs.
• Frequent follow-ups with clients regarding cases.
• Attention to detail.
• 3+ years of experience as a Case Manager at a Personal Injury Firm.

Responsibilities

• Interview new clients
• Set up appointments with new clients
• Collect information, evidence and documentation to build client's case
• Strict compliance with schedule of assigned appointments
• Use of Firm's software (training will be provided)
• Scan the documentation needed for the case and save it into the Firm's system
• Generate a weekly/monthly report with results for all assigned tasks
