World Education Services (WES) seeks a Case Analyst I - Bilingual to thoroughly examine case files, analyze data, and ensure accuracy of case information. You will process standard files, verify credentials, and support coordination across departments to maintain an efficient workflow.

Responsibilities include reviewing records, assessing documentation, and applying WES methodology. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in credential processing or monitoring preferred.
• Proficient use of IT systems including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong English language skills (ability to read and communicate in English).
• Fluency in German and/or French (reading/comprehension in documents).

Responsibilities

• Process files from various educational regions and ensure accuracy of case information.
• Determine if documents meet WES documentation requirements.
• Process applications within specified timeframes and ensure consistency of assessment outcomes.
• Verify academic information entered by clients against documents.
• Develop knowledge of education systems and their documentation practices.
• Learn end-to-end credential evaluation process and dependencies.
• Maintain security and privacy of applicant information.
• Other duties as assigned.
