Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Benefits Counselor to evaluate and improve AI-generated guidance on government services. The role is remote in the United States, contractor type, with a 10–20 hour per week commitment for a short-term project.

Fluency in Spanish and English and public assistance experience are required. You will review questions in Spanish and English, develop evaluation rubrics for Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or National Park services, and

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English, native or professional.
• Experience counseling or assisting the public in relevant areas such as benefits.
• Based in the United States.
• Ability to start quickly and commit 10–20 hours per week for a short-term project.

Responsibilities

• Review sample questions in Spanish and English for realism and relevance.
• Develop evaluation rubrics for areas such as Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or financial aid, or National Park services.
• Evaluate AI-generated Spanish responses for errors, omissions, mistranslations, and unclear wording.
• Provide clear, actionable written feedback to the project team asynchronously.
