This position offers a competitive salary between $95,000 and $105,000 USD along with full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience working as a BCBA.
• At least 1 year of Functional Behavior Assessment focused work preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Utilize video‑capture technology for treatment planning.
• Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans.

Skills

Active BCBA certification

Bilingual English and Spanish

Strong clinical writing and analytical skills

Experience with telehealth

Comfort with technology platforms

Education

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
