Zusammenfassung

BK Behavior is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish is desired. Remote work with flexible scheduling, no caseload minimum, and ongoing CEUs are offered to support your professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) desired.

Aufgaben

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
