Job summary

HealthSherpa is seeking individuals for a seasonal, fully remote Agent Support role to assist insurance agents with ACA enrollment and platform navigation. You will handle calls, provide detailed troubleshooting, and follow established support protocols while maintaining privacy and empathy on every interaction.

The position runs through December 2026 with a possible extension if Open Enrollment is extended.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years combined education, work or volunteer experience.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish is required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from insurance agents across the country.
• Assist agents with ACA enrollment and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot applications and referrals with empathy and accuracy.
• Follow support protocols and deliver thoughtful service on every call.
• Support additional tasks as needed.
