HealthSherpa is seeking individuals for a seasonal Agent Support role. You will assist insurance agents through calls, helping them with the ACA enrollment process and troubleshooting platform issues. This fully remote position is ideal for candidates in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and possess strong customer service skills. The role offers a pay of $18 per hour for bilingual support, with the possibility of extension into January 2027.
