HealthSherpa is hiring for a remote Agent Support role to assist insurance agents with ACA enrollment. This seasonal position is available to residents in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia. You’ll provide troubleshooting assistance and support agents navigating our platform.

The hourly wage starts at $18 for bilingual candidates. This role includes paid training, internet stipends, and the possibility of contract extension into January 2027. We're a mission-driven team dedicated to providing inclusive health coverage to millions.

Qualifications

• Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Help agents troubleshoot the platform.
