Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI/analytics/data warehouse, with at least 1 year in a Team Lead role.
• Experience with cloud/on-premise data warehousing solutions.
• Intermediate English level for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI analysts team and support professional development.
• Act as the main contact for stakeholders to clarify reporting needs.
• Develop the user layer of the data warehouse for business users.
• Minimize report duplication and enforce naming standards.
• Manage requests for reports and prioritize them effectively.
• Monitor reporting quality and stability.
