This role balances delivery with capability building, supports DataMart analytics assets, and contributes to governance and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics or business intelligence.
• Ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPIs and improve forecasting.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support sales insights and business decision-making.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources.
• Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality to improve usability and performance.
• Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
• Troubleshoot report issues, data inconsistencies, and user questions to ensure reliable day-to-day reporting support.
• Contribute to data validation, testing, and release readiness for reporting enhancements and platform changes.
• Help maintain the reliability, scalability, and integrity of the DataMart and related analytics assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve report design, user experience, and overall analytics effectiveness.
• Follow governance, documentation, and development standards to support sustainable and consistent analytics delivery.
