Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI or data enablement roles.
• Strong Power BI dashboard development, SQL querying, and data analysis.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in technical writing and training/go-live support.
• Familiarity with data governance, ETL, and operational data stores.
• Experience in healthcare or higher education environments.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA/FERPA) and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Refine and expand interactive dashboards for analytics.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with business users, BI developers, and project managers to define data needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality dashboards and reports.
