Job summary
Emory Healthcare is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer II focused on patient experience to join the enterprise analytics team. You will collaborate with patient experience leaders and clinicians to define KPIs, translate workflow needs into analytics requirements, and deliver actionable dashboards and reports.
The role emphasizes semantic modeling, AI-ready data schemas, and configuring Fabric data agents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, math, information systems or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in healthcare operations or equivalent; Epic certification within 90 days.
- Strong data modeling, SQL analytics, and ability to translate requirements into dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Bring Epic and Press Ganey data together in Microsoft Fabric to view patient journey and outcomes.
- Design semantic models in Fabric that are well-governed and scalable.
- Create Power BI reports and AI-ready data schemas for Copilot and AI tools.
- Configure Fabric data agents and enable downstream consumption in Copilot Studio and Foundry.
- Communicate findings through demos and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
- Manage BI lifecycle from requirements to deployment and documentation; stay current with Epic training.
