Humana is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer 2 on the Data Enablement Team to manage key datasets, pipelines, and automation supporting care management programs focusing on kidney disease, cancer, and heart disease.

You will integrate data sources into a single source of truth, build scalable data products, and partner with teams across the enterprise to drive insights that improve member health and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field
• Less than 5 years of technical experience in data analysis and/or data engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• 1+ years SQL or SAS
• 1+ years Python or PySpark
• 1+ years Databricks, building automated pipelines
• Expertise in assessing complex data sets and root-cause analysis
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze multiple data sources to create a single source of truth
• Build and maintain pipelines and automation for scalable data products
• Serve as a subject matter expert for partner teams on data usage and interpretation
• Collaborate with teams to drive data-driven decisions in care management programs
