Ryther in Washington state seeks a seasoned Business Intelligence Developer to lead BI reporting from the EHR and other data sources. You will design and maintain multi-page dashboards, ensure data quality, and partner with leadership on KPIs.

This role is primarily remote with daytime hours; Washington residency is required to align with regulatory and operational needs. Strong experience with Power BI and EMR data is essential.

Qualifications

• BA degree required; advanced degree preferred in related fields.
• Extensive experience with electronic health record systems.
• Experience developing dashboards and BI reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior EHR system administrator for configuration, optimization, and reporting.
• Oversee complex EHR build components including form logic and data capture.
• Ensure data integrity, governance standards, and system-wide consistency.
• Design, develop, and maintain multi-page dashboards for QA, compliance, and operations.
• Build automated reporting solutions from EHR data and other sources.
• Translate clinical, operational, and financial requirements into visualizations.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, reporting standards, and dashboard governance.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Partner with leadership to identify KPIs and outcome metrics.
