WebstaurantStore's Enterprise BI & Analytics Team is the central hub of analytics, transforming billions of data points into trusted insights across marketing, supply chain, and customer experience. Senior Technical Business Analysts lead the delivery of BI solutions and data products.

You will partner with stakeholders, analysts, and engineers, own agile processes, manage the backlog, and drive high-value projects from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BI or analytics projects in an Agile environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into data products.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI and analytics solution delivery with stakeholders and engineers.
• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate on data governance and quality initiatives.
