Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking an experienced Lead BI Analyst to drive data-driven transformation across multiple domains including oil & gas, finance, retail, and healthcare. You will own elicitation, analysis, and backlog prioritization, mentoring analysts and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

You will lead dashboard design, ETL oversight, and data modeling while collaborating with senior stakeholders to align business needs with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data-related projects such as data migration, data transformation, data governance, BI, and AI.
• 5+ years in BI, DWH, data projects with requirements gathering, estimation and prioritization.
• 2+ years in lead or senior advisory role mentoring analysts and owning delivery quality.
• Experience delivering end-to-end data analytics projects using Agile and Waterfall methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, charts, and reports with visualization standards.
• Oversee end-to-end data migration, ETL, data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Guide data discovery, profiling, and quality using advanced SQL queries.
• Define source-to-target mappings, data models, data flows, and documentation.
• Own backlog with epics, features, and stories aligned to goals.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and team alignment; lead UAT with customer stakeholders.
