Job summary

Xceedance in the United States is seeking a BI Manager– Commercial Lines to lead a team of 5–7 bodily injury claims adjusters handling high complexity auto claims. You will drive performance, leverage data, and partner with technology to deploy dashboards that improve outcomes.

In this remote role, you will coordinate with the EST/CST time zones and oversee claims across jurisdictions while maintaining empathetic service to claimants and clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience managing professionals in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
• 5+ years Complex Liability Litigation experience with high-severity Bodily Injury.
• Active Independent State Adjuster licenses or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Owns development and performance of a Commercial Auto Bodily Injury claims team; ensure quality and timely resolution.
• Oversee reserving, communication, documentation, litigation management, evaluation, negotiation and settlement.
• Provide technical and administrative oversight to claims professionals producing high-quality results.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–7 bodily injury adjusters.
• Monitor metrics dashboards and manage performance across the team.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to implement transformative solutions.
