Xceedance is seeking Commercial Auto Bodily Injury Adjusters to provide claim services for a prestigious client in a fully remote role across the United States, with a preference for candidates in the EST/CST time zones. You will manage investigations, evaluations, and disposition strategies, pursue subrogation opportunities, and collaborate with defense counsel to resolve litigated files on time.

• 5+ years of liability litigation experience, handling bodily injury exposures of moderate to high complexity.
• Independent State Adjuster licenses required; ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a high production environment utilizing technology to handle claims virtually.
• Strong analytical reasoning with ability to make autonomous decisions.

This role will service auto liability litigated claims in the US and its territories. This posting is for multiple openings that are fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in the EST/CST time zone.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Formulate an action driven and timely investigation plan, securing and documenting all relevant information.
• Formulate timely and accurate case evaluations.
• Assess probability of success and initiate disposition strategy, using all forums for timely negotiation.
• Breaking impasse’s by finding the win/ win scenario.
• Identify opportunities for recovery (Subrogation) and pursue accordingly.
• Evaluate coverage
• Driving strategy with defense counsel to formulate agreed-to litigation and disposition plans.
• Evaluating probability of success and initiating disposition strategies, using all forums for timely and strategic negotiations on litigated files.
• Driving excellent claim outcomes while ensuring complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements.
• Growing and developing skills under our enhanced training program.

What You Bring

• Bachelors and/or SCLA preferred, but all qualified candidates will be considered.
• 5+ years of Liability Litigation experience, handling Bodily Injury exposures of moderate to high complexity, preferred.
• Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses are required, especially in your resident state. Ability to obtain proper licensing as required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a high production environment utilizing various technology solutions to handle claims virtually
• Sound analytical reasoning with ability to make autonomous decisions.
