Job summary

Reliance Health, a mission-driven healthcare company expanding access through telemedicine and affordable plans, is seeking a Business Intelligence Associate. You will partner with business units to define analytics needs, model data, and build dashboards with Tableau or Power BI to translate insights into business value.

The role requires 2–3 years in data analytics, strong SQL and Python, and the ability to explain technical results to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• 2–3 years of data analytics/BI experience
• Strong Tableau/Power BI experience
• Proficient in Python and data libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
• Advanced SQL skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate analytics findings into business strategy

Responsibilities

• Identify data analytics needs for different business units
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau
• Perform data modelling and analytics methodologies
• Present findings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights
• Identify and resolve data quality issues
• Support end users in self-service analytics
• Promote a data-driven culture
• Conduct data profiling to detect anomalies and trends
• Perform statistical analyses (classification, clustering, regression, time series)
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws
