KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Manager of BI Data Analytics to lead a growing team of analysts delivering insight to shape operations and growth. You will partner with senior leadership, prioritize work, and ensure rigorous, data-driven decision support across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes building a team culture around data, leveraging AI tools, and driving cross-functional impact to support KinderCare’s nationwide mission for children and families.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of analytics or BI experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proven track record building and leading a team of 4+ analysts.
• Experience across multiple business domains with rapid context switching.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and metric critique; able to push back on flawed methods.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate analytics delivery.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms preferred (Databricks).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the director to define team vision, hiring, and analytics practice growth.
• Co-create executive narratives and own delivery in senior leadership forums.
• Triage urgent requests, scope quickly, mobilize resources, ensure quality deliverables.
• Build cross-functional relationships and advise leaders on data-driven decisions.
• Invest in team development with coaching, performance reviews, and growth.
• Identify blockers early and remove obstacles to speed up delivery.
• Model and champion use of AI tools for practical analytics acceleration.
