GoGuardian is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst II to track, analyze, and improve business performance. You will work with decision-makers to define KPIs, build dashboards, and enable data-driven decisions across marketing, sales, and finance.

Qualifications

• Master’s in analytics-focused program or Bachelor’s with 5+ years experience.
• Advanced SQL skills; Tableau proficiency.
• 2+ years analyzing SaaS product metrics and marketing data.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical and strategic intelligence to business decision-makers (BDMs) in marketing, sales and finance.
• Define KPIs and metrics with department leads.
• Build and manage reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Summarize conclusions and recommendations on business performance.
• Investigate and explain performance changes with quantitative analysis.
• Coordinate with data engineering on data needs and quality.
