Job summary

The Wine Group is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to lead BI reporting, governance, and adoption across sales, marketing, and leadership. The role partners with the COE and IT to deliver trusted insights and scalable dashboards.

You will use PowerBI, SQL, and advanced Excel to design dashboards, train users, and ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency and executive readiness. Remote-friendly role reporting to the Director of Business Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• 5+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerBI.
• Preference for knowledge of Circana, Nielsen, VIP data sources.
• Strong organizational, analytical and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, update and maintain dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership.
• Translate stakeholder needs into an intuitive reporting suite.
• Drive report adoption through live or virtual trainings.
• Monitor data governance and ensure data accuracy across sources.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to define data requirements and outputs.
• Prepare data for analysis and present findings to the commercial organization.
