Total Wine & More is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Bethesda, MD Data Services team. Lead BI reporting, data modeling, and governance initiatives in a cloud-first environment. You will transform raw data into actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value.

The role emphasizes Power BI reporting, SQL analysis, and cloud BI technologies, reporting to the Director of BI and Data Analysis. On-site 5 days a week in Bethesda, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Tech, Business, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of BI, data analysis, or related experience.
• Proven track record building reporting solutions using cloud-native tools.
• Experience with cloud BI technologies.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Knowledge of cloud data models and data lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Gather, vet, and translate requirements with business stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to users of BI tools.
• Work with senior team members to optimize data models.
• Own BI ticketing system and track requests.
• Document BI architecture and reporting solutions.
