Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a BI/Data Analytics Developer to design and build enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. The role requires expertise in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Teradata, and React, with responsibilities spanning dashboards, data marts, and web-based reporting portals using Medicaid-related data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing enterprise BI and analytics solutions
• Experience with Medicaid Claims data
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into reporting solutions
• Experience supporting SDLC activities including testing and implementation
• Experience mentoring team members and conducting peer reviews
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across business and technical teams
• Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse environments
• Strong presentation skills and ability to demonstrate solutions to end users and leadership teams

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions
• Build dashboards, scorecards, data visualizations, and web-based reporting portals
• Develop data marts and analytics solutions using Medicaid, claims, provider, and enrollment data
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and support testing and implementation
• Lead complex SQL queries and scripts for Teradata data marts
• Collaborate with DBAs, data modelers, and admins to maintain Teradata and app servers
• Demonstrate deliverables to team or customers for approvals and buy-in
• Support SDLC activities including testing, deployment, and peer reviews
