Job summary

TEKsystems in Brookhaven, GA is seeking a BI/Data Analytics Developer to design and deliver enterprise reporting solutions. You will leverage Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and React to build dashboards, scorecards, and web-based portals using Medicaid, claims, provider, and enrollment data.

The role requires collaborating with business and technical teams to gather requirements, support testing, and implement analytics. Strong communication and SDLC experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing enterprise BI and analytics solutions
• Experience with Medicaid Claims data
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience Gathering And Translating Business Requirements Into Reporting Solutions
• Experience supporting SDLC activities including testing and implementation
• Experience mentoring team members and conducting peer reviews
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across business and technical teams
• Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse environments
• Strong presentation skills and ability to demonstrate solutions to end users and leadership teams

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise BI and analytics solutions using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and React.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, reports, and web-based portals leveraging Medicaid, claims, provider, and enrollment data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts to create data marts in Teradata and run ad hoc reports.
• Participate in testing phases and support deployment of analytics solutions.
• Mentor teammates, perform peer reviews, and support project planning and status reporting.
