Job summary

RCR Technology Corporation is seeking an EDW BI/Data Analytics Developer to design and implement advanced BI solutions across data strategy, dashboards, and data marts in Teradata. You will collaborate with DBAs, data modelers, and developers to deliver scalable analytics for health and human services programs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Tableau and Power BI, strong SQL skills, and proven React experience, with excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

5+ years building Tableau and MS Power BI dashboards and analytics.
Strong SQL development experience with Teradata/DB2/Oracle workloads.
Minimum 4 years of React (React.js/ReactJS) development.
Excellent communication, client-facing, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in IT/CS/Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop complex BI solutions and dashboards to inform opportunities and risks.
Create and maintain web portals using React for data access.
Improve health and human services program delivery with analytics and maps.
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to build data marts in Teradata.
Participate in testing, requirements gathering, and project documentation.
