Job summary

RxVantage, Inc. is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for life sciences and sales teams. You will build scalable dashboards in Tableau, partner with stakeholders to define metrics, and ensure consistent data definitions across platforms.

This role supports a national remote workforce within the United States. You will work from a Jira backlog, document BI processes, and apply data SME knowledge to deliver meaningful analytics that drive business

Qualifications

• Partner with stakeholders to understand analytics needs and translate requirements.
• Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for dashboards.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements for BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal Tableau dashboards for life sciences and sales teams.
• Ensure consistency in metric naming, calculations, and definitions across dashboards.
• Produce documentation aligned with RxVantage standards for BI dashboards.
• Work from Jira backlog to deliver on user requests and meet delivery dates.
• Provide SME guidance on data domains and sources relevant to RxVantage use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor dashboards to specific use cases.
