Rapinno Tech seeks a BI Data Analyst with Tableau/Qlik to build analytics, dashboards and journey insights for digital channels. 100% remote in the United States, the role emphasizes SQL-driven data sourcing, cross-channel KPI development, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will partner with Digital and Omni-channel teams to design dashboards, perform A/B tests, and measure CX, revenue and churn metrics, driving data-driven decisions across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience as a baseline.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to create complex SQL queries across multiple data sources (Teradata, GCP/BigQuery, Hadoop/HIVE SQL, EDW).
• Strong data visualization skills using Tableau/ThoughtSpot/Qlik to build reports.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Digital and Omni-channel stakeholders to define analytics requirements and baseline metrics.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards in Tableau/Qlik/ThoughtSpot/Looker to measure engagement, adoption, CX metrics and funnel performance.
• Source and validate data from multiple repositories; ensure data integrity and KPI calculations with IT.
• Create 360-degree customer journey views by stitching data from multiple channels.
• Deliver dashboards for business owners to monitor performance and guide omni-channel optimization.
• Develop visualizations to highlight opportunities to reduce journey fallout and optimize interactions.
• Maintain KPI definitions and data governance alignment with stakeholders.
