Job summary

GoGuardian is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst II to help track, analyze, advise, and continuously improve performance. You will partner with marketing, sales, and finance decision-makers to define KPIs and build analytics products that drive data-informed decisions.

You'll work with data engineers to prioritize needs, ensure data quality, and support department tooling such as Salesforce and Google Analytics. This remote role offers strong growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with an Analytics-focused program and 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience managing large datasets.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Experience analyzing SaaS product metrics and marketing data from Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort guiding department leads to data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical and strategic intelligence to business decision-makers within marketing, sales, and finance.
• Work with decision-makers to define BI requirements and KPI metrics.
• Build and manage dashboards and reports to monitor performance.
• Provide summaries and recommendations on business performance.
• Investigate changes in performance and explain them with data.
• Collaborate with data engineers to prioritize data needs and ensure data quality.
• Ensure usage of tools like GoGuardian Products, Salesforce, and Google Analytics yields reliable data.
