Rep AI is an AI-powered Concierge for eCommerce that proactively assists site visitors and handles support requests. We are seeking a Data Analyst to develop and oversee BI and analytics solutions, run A/B tests at scale, measure impact, and transform data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate is analytical with strong communication, business acumen, and problem-solving skills. You will refine our BI system to enable more informed decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven experience as a data analyst and initiative to innovate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the analytics dashboard for deeper insights.
• Design, implement, and manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data.
• Generate internal daily reports and dashboards for comprehensive business analysis.
• Collate information from business stakeholders to generate insightful reports.
• Conduct A/B testing to analyze and improve product performance.
