Job summary

Moss is seeking a Preconstruction Project Manager, BESS for our Fort Lauderdale, FL team. You will lead RFP responses, coordinate internal stakeholders, and support preconstruction deliverables including scheduling, budgeting, and contract execution on utility-scale BESS EPC projects.

This role offers a pathway to senior roles with increasing ownership, mentoring junior staff, and close collaboration with engineering and procurement. Willingness to relocate to South Florida is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in utility-scale solar EPC or preconstruction.
• BESS experience preferred but not required.
• Strong writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP response development and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and exhibits for preconstruction deliverables.
• Manage documentation including RFI logs and proposal submittals.
• Interface with clients and internal teams to clarify deliverables and questions.
