Job summary

Moss & Associates LLC is seeking a Project Manager, BESS to lead early-stage development and execution of utility-scale BESS EPC projects. You will coordinate RFP responses, internal stakeholders, and Owner communications while supporting scheduling, budgeting, and contract execution from preconstruction through early design stages.

You will mentor junior staff and help advance the BESS preconstruction team, with opportunities to grow into senior roles and broader leadership over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, business, or related discipline.
• 4+ years in utility-scale solar EPC or related preconstruction roles; BESS preferred.
• Strong organizational and writing skills with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Smartsheet, Primavera P6, BlueBeam, InEight.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs; coordinate internal contributors and client communications.
• Develop baseline schedules, drawing logs, and preliminary budgets for proposals.
• Support permitting timelines and owner coordination during preconstruction.
• Mentor junior staff; drive process improvements and cross‑discipline collaboration.
