• Performs accurate takeoffs and data entry in estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety considerations are built into project estimates, logistics, and site visits.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and verify with drawings and bid strategy.
• Review plans, specifications, and scope of work; draft RFIs.
• Maintain organized project documents and meeting minutes within 24 hours.
• Compile estimates, summaries, and assumptions per templates and standards.
• Collaborate with leads on pricing trends and risk; assemble bid deliverables.
• Coordinate pricing with vendors/subcontractors and manage due dates.
