Job summary

Bartech Staffing is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Pre-Construction Project Manager to join our team in Florida to deliver battery energy storage system (BESS) projects supporting data centers. Location: Juno Beach, FL office preferred, but remote candidates are welcome.

You will guide projects through NTP, manage pre-construction activities, and help advance next-generation energy storage initiatives. PMP certification and experience moving projects through NTP are required; BESS/energy infra

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• Experience moving projects through NTP (Notice to Proceed).
• BESS, power or energy infra experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction activities for large-scale BESS and data center infrastructure projects.
• Guide projects through Notice to Proceed (NTP) and into execution phases.
• Support the delivery of next-generation energy storage projects.
