SOLV Energy is seeking a BESS Engineer II to design, develop, and implement battery energy storage systems nationwide. This fully remote position requires strong expertise in electrical engineering, BESS technologies, and project management.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, manage third-party engineers, and ensure compliance with industry standards. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical engineering experience focusing on BESS or power systems.
• Knowledge of design and optimization of battery energy storage systems.
• Experience with power system analysis and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Review design and engineering of BESS, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Manage Engineers of Record and third-party partners.
• Provide engineering support during construction and testing phases.
