Job summary

Osmind is seeking a BV & PA Specialist to own the full verification and authorization lifecycle for interventional psychiatry treatments. This is a fully remote role based in the United States, with a focus on accurate benefit verification, PA submissions, and proactive follow-up to prevent gaps in care.

You will interact with payers via portals and tools like CoverMyMeds, Navinet, and Availity, translating findings into actionable summaries for practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on benefit verification and prior authorization experience.
• Experience with major payer portals (Availity, Navinet, Optum) and CoverMyMeds.

Responsibilities

• Own comprehensive benefit verifications from start to finish for BV/PA.
• Manage full PA lifecycle including initial submission, follow-up, and appeals.
• Communicate clearly with practices to avoid follow-ups.
• Write professional provider communications and maintain workflow.
• Learn new internal tools quickly and work remotely.
