Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of benefits or HR service-delivery experience, with cross-program exposure preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-service focus.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA and related leave regulations; ability to interpret plan documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage leave-of-absence administration and coordinate with HR partners.
• Plan and execute Open Enrollment, resolve enrollment exceptions, and support communications.
• Advise employees and managers on medical, dental, vision, and retiree benefits; resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and Dartmouth policy in benefits administration.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
