Moms Meals, Ltd is seeking an Employee Benefits Representative to serve as the primary contact for benefits eligibility, enrollment, coverage, and claims, supporting compliance, billing, and data accuracy.

The role assists with annual open enrollment, new hire processing, and vendor coordination, with a salary range of $64,800-$72,000 plus a 10% annual bonus. This position is remote, with nationwide applicability and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in HR-related field required or strongly preferred.
• 2–4 years of benefits administration or HR experience.
• Experience with medical/dental/vision, life, disability, retirement benefits.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits administration systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for benefits eligibility, enrollment, coverage, and claims.
• Administer day-to-day benefit transactions for hires, life events, changes, and terminations.
• Collaborate with brokers, carriers, and vendors for reporting and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate data across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems; resolve discrepancies.
