The Estep Agency is seeking motivated, outgoing benefits sales representatives to help individuals and families understand their needs and provide insurance and benefits solutions. You will build client relationships, develop your sales skills, and grow within a performance-driven organization.

This is a commission-only role with average first-year earnings around $65,000+ and uncapped earning potential; training and licensing support are provided remotely.

Qualifications

• Client consultations to understand needs and goals.
• Sales presentations of insurance and benefits solutions.
• Relationship management with clients.
• Follow-up and ongoing communication with clients.
• Product knowledge of available insurance products and services.
• Goal management to achieve sales performance.
• Licensing: obtain and maintain required state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients to assess needs and goals.
