Monday - Friday
8:00 am to 4:00 pm CST
11:00 am to 7:00 pm CST
5:00 pm to 1:00 am CST
11:00 pm to 7:00 am CST.
1:00 am to 9:00 am CST.
Candidates must live within the United States.
PRIMARY PURPOSE : To coordinate activities of absence programs for specific client; to assist/support Benefits Program Manager; to implement customer surveys; to assist in client training and benefits fairs; and to prepare reports for program administration.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
Six (6) years absence management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Demonstrated progressive responsibilities strongly preferred. Project management, office operations management, disability/absence management, insurance-related and/or statistical analysis experience preferred.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $55,000 - $60,000 annual salary. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
