Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, headquartered in New York, is hiring a Benefits Administration Client Coordinator for a remote US-based role. You will support benefits administration implementations on Employee Navigator, configure sites, process renewals, and resolve system issues.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (related field preferred), 2+ years in HR tech, and strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years HR tech experience preferred.
Knowledge of benefits administration systems incl. eligibility groups, plan structures, carrier feeds.
Employee Navigator experience strongly preferred; other platforms acceptable.

Responsibilities

Manage client expectations and communicate delivery dates.
Project manage between vendor, client, account team and carriers; resolve issues.
Implement client sites: gather requirements, import data, configure system.
Support clients with renewals and system updates.
Understand benefits and configuration rules; assist ACA processes and data auditing.
Assist with reporting requests and client inquiries.
Coordinate timelines with implementation staff and clients.
Test and troubleshoot system functionality for accurate configuration.
Research and resolve client inquiries regarding system/process issues.
Train clients and demo systems for existing clients.
