AO Globe Life is a fully remote, independent contractor role supporting families and individuals across the United States. The position focuses on helping clients understand and access benefit programs, with a clear path toward a meaningful long-term career from home.

Onboarding is comprehensive with product education, compliance standards, and effective client communication strategies. Weekly virtual training and mentorship help develop leadership, service, and relationship-building skills.

Formación

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools.
• Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work.
• Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom.
• Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options.
• Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication.
• Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills.
