Qualifications

• U.S. residency and ability to perform all work within the United States.
• Experience with client-service or sales is helpful but not required.
• Comfort using Zoom and cloud-based technology.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling virtual client consultations.
• Conducting Zoom appointments.
• Asking questions to understand client needs.
• Presenting available benefit options professionally.
• Guiding clients through enrollment.
• Providing continued client service.
• Completing follow-up communication.
• Keeping accurate digital records.
