Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Have computer/laptop, webcam, reliable internet, and a quiet remote workspace.
• Willing to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License.
• Training, mentorship, and licensing guidance provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients.
• Explain life, accident, and health benefits and enrollment options.
• Provide needs-based recommendations and follow-up support.
• Assist clients with applications and documentation.
• Maintain accurate digital client records and follow-up communications.
