Job summary

Training is provided, with ongoing mentorship and opportunities for long-term growth from home. Fluency in English and Spanish or English and Vietnamese is a plus, with a remote-first environment and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom.
• Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options.
• Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication.
• Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills.
