Job Details

Position: Remote Benefits Call Center Representative

Pay Range: $17.00/hr

Location: 100% Remote (select states only)

Schedule: Training: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm EST; Production: Monday – Friday 8am-6pm EST; Weekends off; Overtime possible during peak times

Role Overview

As a Benefits Call Center Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare benefits, retirement plans, and employee perks. The role involves managing incoming calls, navigating multiple systems, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Keyboarding and MS Office skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with healthcare or benefits is preferred
• Ability to work shifts between 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
• Successful completion of training and background checks
• Must be 18+, pass internet speed test, and have reliable internet connection
• Reside in approved states (list provided)
