Our client is seeking a Call Center Representative for a 12:30p-9:00p EST shift.

Role Description

The Customer Experience Specialist will work directly with pet parents to provide solutions for their pet insurance needs and coordinate with internal departments such as claims, billing, and sales. The role focuses on improving customer retention through problem-solving, education, and delivering a WOW! experience.

  • Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries, providing quality customer service.
  • Handle interactions promptly, aiming for one-call resolution and engagement.
  • Build knowledge of services through continuous learning to assist with policy and claims details.
  • Act as a liaison for internal departments, answering questions and escalating issues.
  • Focus on customer retention by overcoming objections, explaining resolutions, and providing exceptional service.
  • Complete projects as assigned by management.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Ability to work the 12:30p-9:00p EST shift after training.
  • Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.
  • Passion for excellent customer care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone.
  • Strong tracking, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
