Job summary

Lineage is seeking a North American Benefit Plan Analyst to provide analytical and operational support for benefit and wellness programs, with emphasis on vendor support, plan administration and financial analysis.

This remote role requires you to work from the Eastern Time Zone and collaborate with the Benefits team, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, compliance and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Supports vendor and partner RFP activities by gathering data, preparing materials and coordinating tasks.
• Conducts benefit billing audits and supports budgeting, forecasting and plan analysis.
• Gathers and validates data for regulatory reporting, audits and compliance requirements.
• Provides routine reports and analyses to the Benefits team and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supports case management for high-cost claimants in partnership with the Benefits team and vendors.
• Reviews vendor performance against SLAs and escalates issues as needed.
• Coordinates with third-party advisors to assess plan performance and potential optimizations.
• Maintains documentation and reporting related to vendor performance and program activities.
